excellent stay

the breakfast offered a great variety of food to meet everyone's needs i found elemis products in the room and the spa looked amazing i think it was one of the best stays i've had in the uk i would definitely return.
during a previous visit i enjoyed the midweek thermal experience however following my recent stay i will not return the nearby ncp car park was horrendous with stairwells smelling like a toilet

the deluxe king room provided ample space it featured a comfortable king size bed along with a separate seating area complete with plush armchairs the bathroom included both a walk in shower and a soaking tub.

the staff were consistently attentive and helpful i was able to easily request additional towels and amenities they responded promptly to all inquiries the concierge offered excellent recommendations for local restaurants.

the hotel is situated very centrally i found easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas the train station is within walking distance i enjoyed visiting several historic landmarks close to the hotel.

The room was clean. It featured a comfortable bed. I appreciated the modern decor that maintained historical elements. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable with many choices.
The bathroom lighting could have been brighter for makeup application. I found it a bit dark.

The room was very small. There was no luggage rack so I had to put my case on the floor to unpack, how annoying! The breakfast was like a Spanish all-inclusive with the buffet style. The classic self-serve rotating toast machine was frustrating. The breakfast items were also overcooked.
